Your role and your impact

This is an amazing opportunity for a Marketing and Sales Operations Manager to join our Marketing team. Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, you will own the strategy, management, development and provision of Compono’s marketing and sales technology stack. This includes management of Compono’s websites and CRM. You will understand the critical role marketing and sales technologies play in SaaS growth, and work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to help support revenue growth.

You will be empowered to ‘own’ the marketing and sales operations function at Compono. The business will seek your expertise, guidance and training to ensure we are continually improving. You will utilise analytics and insights to help marketing and sales campaigns be more effective, and seek insights that can help business growth.

Your Super Powers

You will be in your element in a fast paced and constantly changing scaleup and possess the following:

  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in a B2B marketing, sales or revenue operations role, ideally with a SaaS business in a scale-up phase.
  • Very strong CRM and Marketing Automation platform management experience and skills. Hubspot experience/certification a bonus.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of strategic requirements.
  • Strong understanding and broad experience across different marketing and sales channels.
  • Proven track record of designing SaaS based marketing and sales programmes and campaigns to achieve business outcomes.
  • Appreciation and understanding of UX.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technologies.
  • A strategic thinker, however hands-on.
  • Experienced in and comfortable with communicating to a variety of stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • A highly data driven individual, able to present reports and analytics effectively, extract actionable insights.
  • Highly motivated, self starter with an ‘always on’ mentality who enjoys a fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for analysing products, competitors, and market dynamics.
