They now have an opportunity for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their team based in Western Sydney.

The Role

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and is primarily responsible for managing all inbound and outbound shipments. This role will have a strong focus on providing superior customer service to all customers.

• Co-ordinate outgoing shipments in line with each Jurisdictions rules and regulations and aligned with Company Polices and Logistics Department procedures.
• Co-ordinate reverse logistics in line with each jurisdiction rules and regulations.
• Manage record keeping process and procedures.
• Co-ordinate Incoming shipments to support New Product Introduction.
• Co-ordinate Incoming and Outgoing Service Logistics Shipments.
• Manage and process Tax invoices from Freight companies and suppliers.
• Co-ordinate Incoming and Outgoing shipments to Freight Forwarders Storage facilities.
• Validate and align Cope sensitive freight Tax Invoices and process in AX system for Management approval.
• Assist in managing Logistics activities for international exports and import shipments.
• Assist in resource planning scheduling service technicians.
• Liaising with freight forwarders to track shipments to support customer enquiries.
• Manage enquiries from Internal departments to support financial activities.
• Create and update procedures in line with Logistics activities.

The Candidate

• Demonstrated 3 years previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise urgent matters
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional ability to prioritise with time management skills
• Large ERP exposure
• Strong Microsoft Suite experience
